Our Company Carefree Property Management, Inc. was founded in 1982. The principals of the corporation have many years of experience in Real Estate, Real Property Management and related fields. Carefree Property Management, Inc. is an entity duly licensed by the Real Estate Division of the Commerce Department of the State of Oregon and is governed by rules and regulations of the State of Oregon and the operations of property management. We are in the business of property management only and have a thorough knowledge of the Tenant/Landlord laws of the State of Oregon. Carefree Property Management, Inc. does not engage in the listing or selling of real property. Our name "Carefree" is an ever present reminder to maintain a performance level on behalf of our owner/clients that will make their ownership of rental and investment properties free of care and free of involvement. As a property owner it is of major importance that we meet with you to establish a line of communication, reach some mutual understanding and answer any questions you may have. In conjunction with this interview, a viewing of the property to be managed is of prime importance. We will be candid in our opinion of the rental market value and will make recommendations concerning change or improvements that would enhance its rent or attract more selective tenants.
Support Services We have maintenance people available on call 24 hours per day and 7 days per week if needed. In selecting people to do the various jobs, we try to use those that have the best rates, that do quality work and can operate within the time constraints prevailing. During turn-around time occurring immediately upon vacancy, we have paint crews, cleaning crews, carpet cleaners and yard people available to prepare the property for the incoming tenant. Deferred maintenance on the owners property is a negative condition we endeavor to prevent. We know it is in the owners best interest to keep their property in excellent condition and that such appearance will protect their investment. We are aware that there may be budgetary restraints involved in such maintenance and it is our objective to work with the owner/investor in this regard. |
